Some positive messaging on the side of a convenience store on the near west side. This particular block has a bit of a homeless issue, but the detritus on the ground in this photo probably already tipped you off to that. A few yards away as I was taking this picture, police were arresting a very drunk man and walking him to their car.
I've been quite sick since last Friday. On Saturday I went to Urgent Care and they pumped me full of a couple of bags of IV fluids and anti nausea meds, then sent me a home with a diagnosis of norovirus. I have been so, so ill! Six days on and I'm still weak and queasy, although today was better than yesterday. I think that by tomorrow I'll hopefully feel more human again. Fingers crossed.
