I love this mural. You can find it on more or less the northeast corner of Nevada and Pikes Peak, opposite the Post Office. The woman depicted looks so very familiar and it bugs me that I can't quite put my finger on who she is! Regardless, it's a great, whimsical addition to our downtown.
07/25/2023 edit: My good friend Darrell has reminded me that the woman depicted is Mary Mashburn, a local patron of the arts who passed away in February. You can read about her HERE.
