Here's an image from a couple of months ago -- June 8th, to be exact. We had emerged from weeks and weeks of relentless rain and gloom, to be gifted with this fleeting moment of Maxfield Parrish skies. This was taken on our street, looking north at exactly 7:59 PM. By the way, did you know that Maxfield Parrish famously painted the Broadmoor, commissioned by Spencer Penrose? I believe the resort owns two Parrish paintings, actually. I've seen them and they're gorgeous.
