Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

Calhan (Part 3)

This deserted grain elevator looks almost heroic against the bright blue sky, don't you think? I don't know anything about the farming or harvesting of grains, but I figure a facility like this must be frantically busy for a short period around the end of summer, but by October or November it's a ghost town. And regardless, impressive up close.
