It's Black History Month, and one of our most beloved Black leaders is currently being honored on this banner downtown. You can read about Reverend Dr Milton Proby and his accomplishments HERE. Reverend Proby passed away in 2005, and a major road in Colorado Springs was dedicated in his honor soon afterward.
