We've been having a mild winter for the most part, with days-long interludes of sunny days and blue skies sandwiched between the inevitable snowstorms. I've been taking advantage of the nice weather by getting out there with a camera as much as time permits. The other day I took a spin by Starr Kempf's house and grabbed this snap of one of his giant kinetic sculptures. It looks almost mythical with the sun glinting off of it and the cerulean sky in the background.

Does it move? Nice as it is....just wondering how it moves.
@JudithK it does move with the wind. It spins. On this particular sculpture, the wings don't move.
So it kind of rotates like a weather vane and bobbles or something. Thanks! (Wings just didn't look as if they could be involved)
@JudithK exactly! It swings around just like a giant weather vane. Some of his sculptures really twirl or spin in all directions, and some of them have parts that move independently while the larger sculpture spins. They're all just gorgeous.
