Pat and I hit up the annual Denver powwow last Saturday, and as usual it was amazing! Even more so this year, since it's the 50th anniversary of the event. What you see above is most or all the dancers who came from everywhere to compete, along with several dignitaries and flag bearers. At the beginning of the night the dancers are introduced one group at a time until the floor is completely covered. This year there were apparently over 1,100 of them! More tomorrow.
