Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

The Watermelon House

For years, Pat and I have been fascinated by this watermelon shaped house that sits in the countryside between Fountain and Pueblo. Pat even incorporated it into one of his films! I've yet to get a decent picture of it (this was shot from our moving car), but I think it's so cool that I'm sharing it here even though this is a crappy picture! Isn't it an odd little house?

That is great! It looks like something you would see in Florida.

Wow, that's awesome in its kookiness.

I'm not sure if I like it or not ... makes a great landmark I would think.
