Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

I tend to agree with what you say. The car looks like one of those Hummer's that I see around here on occasion. Quite an expensive car to own, I never could really understand just why someone would own such a car. They are built for extreme weather, but if you don't have lots of snow or bad terrain to travel on a constant basis, there is no need for this. Gas mileage is terrible and the insurance to cover it is way to much. Why you would need a car like this in Florida or around here, is way beyond me. I would never buy one. Just a waste of money.

I totally agree with you Tamera!
Mike grumbles "Eco terrorists" every time we pass a hideous Hummer.
