Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

The other day I was on location doing a portrait shoot of a salsa dancer (!!!) and we decided to use one of my favorite spots on the CC campus. While we were there I snapped this picture of one of the buildings on campus -- sorry, I can never remember the name of it, but it's right next to the ice rink. I just like the rhythm of its roofline. Another great example of killer midcentury modern architecture in Colorado Springs!

«Louis» loves geometrical shots like this. Because the San Francisco Bay is his normal subject, it is rare for him to be able to get a shot like this.

Here's some Bay Area mid-century modern you might enjoy.
