Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

A view of the entire city

Yesterday Pat and I took a drive up Gold Camp Road with our friend Joe, who is an avid fisherman. The purpose of our excursion was to visit Rosemont Reservoir, one of Joe's favorite fishing spots, to see if the fish were biting yet. We stopped for a moment at a spot far above the city, where I took this photo. On a clearer day you'd be able to see more detail but I think this image shows how sprawling Colorado Springs is. It stretches way out into the plains!

I loved driving up there when I lived in the Springs. I had forgotten how large and sprawling the city is! This is a great shot!
