Pat took this picture the other day while on his mail route. These fatbikes were parked in the snow outside Urban Steam Coffee (which, by the way, looks like a really cool place!). I've never seen such huge tires on a bike before. Pat informed me that fatbikes are a big trend with cyclists right now. These guys actually pray for snow so they can ride their bikes! I guess fatbikes are equally fun in the sand, but right now we have more snow than sand. ;^) Ah yes, Coloradoans, we'll take our winter sports in any way, shape or form!

I have seen them on the streets here.
