Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

Divine Redeemer Catholic School

The shrine on the west-facing facade of Divine Redeemer Catholic School on the corner of Logan and Cache la Poudre. I think this school was built around 1958, and the mural surrounding the statue really has that mid-century vibe. I love it. It's so cool.

It certainly feels more modern than what you would have seen in a church of earlier years, or perhaps even a church built during that time, but given that it's a school, that's to be expected. I like the colours.

The color on the tiles is really bright.
