The first of each month is Theme Day for City Daily Photo bloggers. This month's theme is my camera shy self-portrait. Normally we blog something about our respective cities on Theme Day (as we do every day). It's rare that we turn the camera onto ourselves for our readers! I have a long, long history of taking self-portraits, but in the last year or two I've become a little more obsessed with the idea of it -- not in a vain, "selfie" kind of way, but in a more introspective sense. It's been sort of a lifelong self-study. True to form, here are three camera shy self-portraits that I produced for today's theme in the last couple of weeks. The first photo was taken in a gyros shop downtown, the second in Monument Valley Park, and the third was taken at the Fine Arts Center.

This shot was set up by me and taken by Pat.
I am in the center of the square. Pat is on the left. Between us is a large sculpture.

Your third selfie is particularly cool. Great selection for today's theme day!
Hello from Stavanger, Norway.
I like the artistic silver-lined one the most.
HAPPY EASTER!

as usual Tamara your shot caught my eyes :)
Cool selfies, Tamera, great compositions !
So much to see in each one Tamera, brilliant selection for the theme.
Terrific. You are three for three in terms of interest, quality and creativity.
I like that mirrored image of the group.
The second one works best for me- that bridge is a wonder.
Love that first shot!
I love that second shot on the bridge most, but acknowledge that the third is the most artistic of the bunch.
I've done shots like the first two, but the last one is totally unique. It's also beautiful.
Your shots are very creative !
