I've always loved this building on South Tejon and Ramona, next to the Edelweiss. For many years it housed a Persian rug dealer and there was always a gorgeous antique specimen on display in the huge front windows. Now it's home to the popular J. Gregory Salon. I remember that when I was in college I wished I lived in the apartment upstairs. It just seemed like such a sophisticated, urban looking little space. The building has always been well loved and well maintained (notice the lovely green tiles on the facade), and yes, the upstairs apartment still seems like a sophisticated, urban looking little space. 😃
