Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

Welcome to Downtown

I've noticed that these signs have been strategically planted around the perimeter of downtown lately. I think they're kind of silly -- surely you can tell when you're downtown in just about any city! I suppose they must be part of the general sprucing up that's been going on the last couple of years. The construction of the Olympic Museum is nearly finished, and (in a perfect world, anyway) the powers that be expect a larger amount of tourists downtown because of it.

They make a good photo subject.

In and of itself, it is not a bad sign, but might have cost a pretty penny to tell people what they already knew. Still, it's not a bad sign. I guess.
