I had to laugh at this. I'm sure that, given the memento mori theme of the frame, the car's owner meant the license plate to suggest "six feet under," but given the new social norm of social distancing I went straight to "stay six feet away." 😉

Well, the original meaning of the plate just flies by me. Even with your explanation. I do get your interpretation though.
