Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

Seventeen Mile House Farm (Part 1)

There's a historic old (former) farm over near Parker that I've never noticed before, despite the fact that I've probably driven past it a zillion times over the years. It's been lovingly restored and is I guess what you'd call a heritage site now. I had a client request some family photos there over the weekend, and after I was finished I wandered around for a few minutes and took some snaps for the blog. More tomorrow!

A very Swedish view. We have thousands of barns just like this one.

Stefan it reminded my of my grandparents' farm in Wisconsin! They were German, but certainly there are lots of people of Swedish ancestry, and innumerable barns like this, in Wisconsin.

I'm reminded of some country barns here.
