A drive through Cheyenne Canon on the 13th revealed the Helen Hunt Falls is already partially covered in ice -- and not a tourist in sight.

OK. Brrrr. Moving water is freezing. Now that's getting cold. I don't know who Helen Hunt is (unless the movie star???) but she has some nice falls.
