Bits and Bobs

I found myself at Hillside Gardens again recently, for a wedding of course. I actually took these three pictures at the wedding rehearsal and not on the big day. I rarely go to rehearsals, but I was glad I went to this one as it gave me a chance to just wander around and snap pictures afterward. For the uninitiated, this wedding venue features found objects like these, mostly all treasures from its previous iteration as a junkyard, and maybe a few other bits and bobs that the owner has picked up here and there over the years.

Imagine doing laundry with a machine like this! My grandma did, her entire life. There's rather a big collection of ancient wringer washers sitting around forlornly in one of the lesser traveled spots there.
