Howdy, friends! I had to take a few days off from blogging because I was inundated, but I'm back now! Here's a picture of another favorite old Victorian. This one's located on the southwest corner of Tejon and Del Norte, in the Old North End. My research reveals that it was built in 1895, it's got four bedrooms and five bathrooms, and is 5,624 square feet. I love this house. Apparently the current owner bought it a decade ago for $624,000 (then slightly under market) and now it's worth not quite $1.3 million. Talk about a return on investment! Of course I'd never want to part with it if it were mine.
