A couple of weekends ago, I paid a visit to the Denver Botanic Gardens with my friend JB. Neither of us had been there in quite a long time. (And usually whenever I'm at the Denver Botanic Gardens it's because I'm shooting a wedding, so there's no chance to go exploring.) Since it was mid May, not all the beds and borders had been planted yet and some of the perennials were still waking up from winter. Nevertheless, there was still plenty to see, and both of us garden fanatics came out of it fully inspired. We plan on going back next month when things are fully in bloom, especially the rose garden.
