Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

Today was very hot, so we thought it might be nice to take a little spin through Cheyenne Cañon where it's a little cooler. There weren't many people about, since it was after the dinner hour. We brought a tripod make this long-ish exposure of Helen Hunt Falls.

If you happen to forget the tripod, you can shoot multiple photos at say 1/80th of a second and then use a Photoshop feature to create a similar effect. I sometimes use that while photographing water.
