It's the first of the month, which means it's Theme Day for City Daily Photo bloggers! This month the theme is comfort food. That's everyone's favorite subject! I think the most quintessential American comfort food has got to be macaroni and cheese. Just recently I learned of a restaurant on the near west side that sells only that. It's called The Mactory and I've got to try it out! For now, a picture of the building will have to suffice, but I'll be sure to give you a full report once I get a chance to eat there.

No doubt well worth a visit.
My mother made it from scratch, as do my wife and daughter. My culinary skills are, um, limited, but simple and traditional is good for me.
