I'm more of a Ford person than a Chevy person, but I have to say I love this red Impala. Look at that gorgeous interior! I prefer vintage cars that are perfectly restored, or "stock," over chopped, lowered and very customized vehicles. That said, of course the latter is pretty cool, too, and I think some even approach the level of being art. Here are a few more awesome classics from the fiesta and car show at Memorial Park a couple of weekends ago.

The Impala is the most popular car among the Raggare. (greasers),in Sweden. There are thousands of them out on the roads during the warm part of the year.
@StefanJansson they're very popular here as well, especially as low riders. About a jillion Impalas were manufactured back in the day (and to this day), which is probably why they remain popular -- easy to get parts.
Sigh. I actually had an Impala once. It was maybe 5 years old. I myself am old, and this is the proof.
@JudithK that's pretty darn cool!
