Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

A close up of the river rocks that are so prevalent in residential and commercial landscaping around here. This is outside the office building that houses my studio. (For lack of time and a better subject, this is what I'm serving up today, ha.)  I was taking Frodo for a quick walk around the building and didn't have a real camera with me, so I used my cell phone to take this picture. You have to appreciate how hard it is to get a sharp photo when you've got an energetic little dog tugging at your arm!

I love river rocks. Don't see many around here. A: not many rivers, and B: rivers don't flow long and hard enough to make them.

Same here, @JudithK! I have no idea where all these landscaping river rocks are coming from. Must be "imported" from places that actually have water. Ha.
