Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

@JudithK we get snow well into May, so I'm sure it was fine! What's interesting is that even in winter, the mountain can get covered in snow one day and it practically disappears a few days later. It's windy up there so maybe it blows away? At any rate, it's a huge part of our water supply but there's usually enough snow in the winter to keep us supplied, even if it doesn't always look like it.

Whoa. What a year...no snow up there in January.

Ah. OK. Thanks. I am relieved to learn that.
