Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

I'm back! Apologies for the several days of absence, dear readers. We were out of the country for over a week (in England), and the blog was on autopilot while I was gone. My prescheduled posts ended on the day we got back, May 26th, but then I had to contend with a dire case of jet lag, not to mention a small business and clients that needed my attention. So I cut myself a little slack and necessarily put the blog on the back burner for a few days.

No, this was not taken in England, in case you were curious! It's a pretty moment captured in Cheyenne CaƱon a couple of days ago. I have many, many vacation pics to go through and hopefully I'll be able to share a lot of them with you in a few days.

Hope you had a fine trip. Glad you are OK and the absence was due to pleasure! This photo does look a bit more humid than I associate with CO.

Thanks @JudithK! We had a splendid time! Cheyenne Canon doesn't get much light because it's very narrow, and there is a creek running down it, so that's why all the moss in this picture. I wish I could grow moss in my garden!
