The fallen "one way" road sign, the remnants of an hors d'oeuvre, hmmm... I hope it was a good party, because someone's car is probably paying the price today for knocking down that sign!

The road signs are very important, not for to be on the soils.

You assume it's a driving incident, in which case that driver has themselves quite a repair bill. Doesn't take much to lose a grand to the repair shop these days.
I just hope it didn't brain anybody on the way down! Ha ha!
