Beautiful St. Mary's Cathedral captured late Sunday afternoon, a day shrouded in smog from a forest fire 1,500 miles away in Oregon. (For more about that, read THIS post from a few days ago.) As you can see, to the west it was gloomy and dark, but to the east we had blue skies. Thankfully the haze lifted a couple of days later.

The church has a very nice color.
Tomás.
What a classic look for a church, beautifully captured.
Interesting sky behind such a beautiful church.
Great architecture and wonderful photo! Have a good weekend.
The light is fantastic! Too bad about the forest fire though. And alarming because if climate change is contributing to the drying out of forests, we are facing some big problems.
I totally agree, Linda :^/
