We took a little jaunt through Palmer Park last week, and it was looking lovely! So many people don't seem to know about this wonderful open space in the middle of our city (though I don't see how anyone could miss it -- it's huge). What a great asset Palmer Park is to Colorado Springs! In addition to a playground and a dog park, it's got tons of trails for hiking, mountain biking and even horseback riding. There are plenty of picnic areas as well. Or if you'd rather, just drive through and enjoy the view, as I often do. It's always beautiful!
