If you drive up Old Stage Road from the Broadmoor neighborhood, eventually you'll end up at a spot that overlooks the entire city. I'm sure this view much more dramatic by night, but that road is narrow, rutted, completely unlit and there are some pretty dramatic drop-offs with few guard rails in place (and the farther you drive on it, the worse it gets), so I wouldn't want to be trying to navigate it in the dark. You'll just have to use your imagination.
