More images of the Chambers House -- I think. I truly cannot find confirmation of which building this is on the ranch. Their site has a lot of great information and some lovely photos, but it doesn't have a map of the ranch as far as I could tell, and nothing indicating what the different houses and buildings are called. At any rate, I've always admired this beautiful old home. The photo above shows the front of the house; below is the back of it, below that is a peek through the back door revealing a table set for tea, and finally the bottom photo shows you a detail of the south side of the building.
I've never done anything more than wander the grounds of this ranch in the off season, so I apologize for being so woefully uninformed! Of course this beautiful old structure is no longer a home, it's now a museum, and obviously I'm going to have to take the tour come summer so I can get a better understanding of Rock Ledge Ranch and its history -- I'm so intrigued! Meanwhile, I'll share more of my Rock Ledge images tomorrow.
