Welcome to Colorado Springs Daily Photo!

Hi, I'm Tamera, a professional wedding, portrait and boudoir photographer in Colorado Springs. But this blog isn't about my professional work; no, it's a daily love note to my beautiful city, where I've lived for most of my life. I love it here and I hope you enjoy seeing Colorado Springs through my eyes and lens!

Discussing Strategy

Today was on the warm and sunny side, which means the LARPing crowd was in their usual Saturday spot doing battle in Palmer Park. I've posted about them before (HERE). Palmer Park is around the corner from my studio and I love to see them out there doing their thing.

So they’ve been doing this for years! It looks like a form of cosplay that involves athletics, so that’s more constructive than just putting on a costume.

Here in Montreal, sometimes I see people doing Tai Chi in parks. It is so nice! In the Winter, I see people skating on rinks in parks that the city created for people to enjoy fresh air and get exercise. Nice photo.

@Linda, indeed! And they always look like they're having so much fun :)

@Linda thank you! It's always nice to see people enjoying the outdoors. We have an outdoor skating rink here in winter, in Acacia Park downtown. I wouldn't attempt ice skating now but I did enjoy the occasional foray into the ice when I was a kid.
