The Sparrow family

At least I think it's a sparrow -- I'm not much of a birder! I was doing a fashion shoot yesterday afternoon, south of downtown, and saw this little sparrow hopping around near a drain pipe. The drain pipe turned out to be her home! For now, at least. Until her babies leave the nest. I hope the pipe is sufficiently plugged with crud and garbage to prevent a Sparrow family catastrophe on a rainy day! Yesterday was actually quite rainy, for a while anyway, and it looks like Mrs. Sparrow and her brood still have a cozy home, so that's a good sign.
