The creation of this mural on Nevada Avenue must have been interrupted by the Covid-19 shutdown because it's been like this for weeks, and it was at the most awkward stage in the process! Ironically, I think the artist is the same guy who painted a mural in progress that I captured at a similarly awkward yet somehow opposite moment back in December of 2009.
